Credits for attending the summer program of 2023 will be given to students who register for the diploma program of 2023/24.
The three-year program includes three areas of learning: wheel throwing, hand building, technology. In addition, there are short workshops that cover subjects such as surface decoration, materials, and special techniques as well as masterclasses with leading ceramic artists.
To graduate from the program students are required to:
- Complete 6 full year courses (technology is mandatory)
- Complete 6 workshops
- Participate in the guidance sessions
- Participate in lectures and symposia (at least 4 in a year)
- Complete 40 hours as an intern in the studio (learning to run a studio and/or community projects)
- Present a theoretical project
- Present a practical project – final exhibition
Diploma students will have the following benefits:
- Discounts on courses, workshops
- Lectures and symposia at no cost
- Priority registration for courses, workshops, open studio
- Open studio – 30 entrances (90 hours per year) at no cost
The cost of the program depends on the courses selected by each student in accordance with the prices of the various classes and the discounts given to the participants
- Discounts are given on two courses and at least two workshops in each year
- Non-refundable registration fee of 250 NIS
