School of Ceramic Art (1)
Benyamini School of Ceramic Art is a professional center offering courses for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, artists and designers who want to work within the bounds of the ceramic material. The school has a team of professional lecturers running a year-round program of courses in practical and theoretical aspects of ceramics as well as workshops, lectures and master classes with artists from Israel and abroad.

The galleries at the Benyamini Center initiate dialogue about material culture, contemporary ceramics, design, art, architecture and craft. The exhibitions in the various gallery spaces, raise relevant questions about these fields of knowledge taking a broad, interdisciplinary approach, and relate to the complex environment we inhabit.

Events and Special Programming (3)
This program aims to broaden the dialogue of the various aspects of ceramics and material culture, and includies lectures, masterclasses, gallery talks, symposia and special events that are planned throughout the year. Each meeting brings diverse views of the ceramic field locally and globally in contemporary and historical culture. We invite makers, designers and artists from various media and our activities are suitable for professional audiences as well as the general public.
In addition, the Benyamini Center places great importance on community involvement and during the year, participates in projects for and with the local community.

- Benyamini Library Catalogue
The Library carries more than 1200 books, catalog and DVD's on all aspects of the ceramic arts: studio ceramics, design, pottery, How-to, history of ceramics, Israeli ceramics, textbooks etc. They represent most of the ceramic's literature available today worldwide. The Library is constantly updated with the newest releases. It is accompanied with an updated database which can be viewed on the Benyamini website (it lists the Categories and Keywords for easy search). The Library also carries all the important international ceramic magazines The aim of the Library is to familiarize professionals in the field, students, and the public at large with the ceramic field in all its richness, and be a well-equipped research center, as well as a learning source for the Benyamini Ceramic Art School. The material of the Library is free to be used on the premises only, during opening hours of the center.

Geared to broaden and expand the scope of the local ceramic experience, our international activities reach out to the global community by generating assorted creative and challenging programs. Sharing thoughts and ideas on relevant social, political and professional issues enables Israeli ceramic art to be part of the international clay community and contributes to its professional dialogue with the world.

The Issachar and Yehudit Benyamini Contemporary Ceramics Center promotes ceramic art and design in a vibrant atmosphere of creativity for professional artists as well as the general public. Through the on-going activities we wish to create a dialogue between the various aspects of ceramics and extend its scope in the broad spectrum of material culture.
The Center is committed to fostering ceramic art and design on all levels including a School for Ceramic Art with a comprehensive program of workshops, lectures and master classes geared towards professional ceramic artists, amateurs, who are at the beginning of their interest in clay, as well as the general public; galleries with changing exhibitions, talks and guided visits; an extensive professional reference library open to the public; a First Studio residency program for young graduates as well as an international residency program with the aim of developing international ties with the ceramic community abroad

By train – nearest train station is Hahagana Station, Tel Aviv
By bus – some of the lines coming to the area 72, 172, 201, 46, 289, 189, 1, 42, 142, 83, 25, 125

By car – right turn off of Schoken street past the Ha’aretz building, if you are traveling north on Schoken. Left turn off of Schoken, before the Ha’aretz building, if you are traveling south on Schoken.
Parking –23 Bar Yohai Street parking lot or parking lot on the corner of Kibutz Galuyot and Shalabim Street. Law court parking , hourly rate.
