Ronen Yamin’s work explores form and proportion using the wheel.  He juxtaposes ascending and descending lines, open and closed forms and pushes the clay to the point of collapse so as to “freeze” the movement of the work in progress. The printed designs take the form of the pot and create an effect of taught human-like skin.
