The Diploma offered by the Benyamini Center School offers a unique program to acquire skills and a broad knowledge of all fields of clay making, development of a personal style and guidance in operating an independent studio.   This year we will show the work of the first graduates of the program: Orit Ariav, Ruti Elison, Zehava Saban, Lena Shafir, Romy Zemel, Smadar Efrat, Erifyli Tsvadari

The First Studio Scholarship is awarded to 3 graduates of an academic degree focusing on ceramics. In the exhibition we will present the works made during the year by the winners of 2016: Nadav Rauchwerger, Maiyan Ben Yona, Shay Gerassy.

We will show the work of participants of the International Artist in Residence program run by the Benyamini Center. This summer we hosted Nina Victoria Naussed from Germany for two months and in this time she made work inspired by the Yiddush language as well as Israeli culture and architecture. We will also show work made by Avi Amesbury from Australia who is currently working in the studio. She is interested in natural organic environments as opposed to man-made which she expresses in fine porcelain objects.

Once again we will show the work made by students of the Benyamini Ceramic Art School in the various courses and workshops, including wheel throwing, hand building, figurative sculpture and works that focus on surface treatment, color, light and printing.
