This workshop will offer an introduction to basic concepts, methods and principles to develop high temperature glazes: the relationship between clay and glaze, raw materials and their function, commercial stains and oxides, glaze characteristics: transparent – opaque, matt – satin – shiny, and the knowledge to change the texture and color depending on the design requirements.
