A member of the municipal council of Tel Aviv, holding the cultural folder. Revital has initiated and led social long-term curatorial projects as well as museum exhibitions at the Petach Tikva Museum of Art and the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.  She curated the exhibition, Donkey, at the Benyamini Center. She of a member of a group of artists Protective Edge doing performative exhibitions in Chelouche Gallery and Fresh Paint. She has lectured over the years at Shenkar, Bezalel, Bar Ilan, Tel Aviv University, Seminar Hakibutzim, Oranim Collet, Sapir College, The Midrasha at Beit Berl and the Benyamini Center. She initiated the School for Adult Art Classes at the Artist House, Tel Aviv.

She is a Board member of several cultural institutions: Independence Path, The Cameri Theater, the Hanoch Levin Playwright School, The Israel Opera, The Artists House, The Choreographers Society, Bat Sheva Dance Group. She is a regular judge for various prizes and acceptance to exhibitions. She is also the the spokeswoman for Art in the Tourist Ministry.
