Making three dimensional works from slabs of clay enables a great variety of forms and structures. We will learn to make objects, folding and constructing with soft and hard
slabs in a similar way to working with wood or cardboard. Participants will make geometric vessels, lids, handles, and complex forms using plans, patterns, and textures. Finally, we will experiment with color before and after making the object.
